- If you look in one end of a Magnaflow muffler, you’ll see something that might surprise you: daylight from the other end of the Magnaflow muffler. Using perforated steel pipe, the Magnaflow muffler absorbs acoustics as they travel through the Magnaflow muffler, rather than by baffling them. The result is better exhaust flow through a Magnaflow muffler, but enough attenuation to keep your ride street-legal.
